Platform Discovery Sprint
Three weeks. Every build starts here. Architecture, a costed phased roadmap, and an honest recommendation. Credited in full against the build if you sign within 30 days.
Design and development
Built to the scope the Sprint defined, at the fixed price it produced. Weekly updates and staging access throughout.
Launch and support
Deployment, final testing and a walkthrough for your team. One month of support included, then an optional retainer.

Can I just build this myself with AI?
You can, and it'll look finished. We build with AI every day - it's very good at the visible part. What it doesn't do is the part you can't see: being found on Google and in AI search, link previews that don't break, leads that actually land somewhere, GDPR, and knowing what's working. Three quarters of small businesses run no analytics at all. They're flying blind, and nothing on their screen will ever tell them.
What does it cost to work with you?
Advisory starts at £4,500 for a Discovery Sprint, or £15,000 for technical due diligence. Builds start at £25,000. Smaller pieces — automation, websites, an audit — start at £1,500, £500 and £95. Every price is on the Products page. All fixed, quoted before anything starts, and we don't bill hourly.
Who will I actually be working with?
Me - Anatoly, the founder. I run the discovery call, I write the proposal and I'm on the build. No account managers, no handoff to someone you've never met. Where a project needs extra hands I bring people in, but I stay the person you talk to.

Two free options. The MVP Readiness Score takes two minutes and tells you which parts of your idea are solid. Or book a call and we'll work it out together. If the honest answer is "don't build anything", I'll say so - that happens more often than you'd think.
I've already built something with Lovable or a freelancer. Can you use it?
Yes, and bring it. Most of what comes to us now started somewhere else. We assess what's there, keep what's good and rebuild only what needs it. For web applications that's Platform Rescue; for marketing sites it's fixed-price website work from £500.
