Founded in 2019 by Anatoly Silko and based in Milton Keynes & London, Rocking Tech builds custom platforms and AI automation for funded startups and growing SMEs. The technical foundation — Laravel, Vue.js, production-grade infrastructure — comes from over a decade of building systems where failure isn’t an option. The strategic approach comes from a Cranfield MBA and working directly with founders on what to build and when.

Clients include the NHS (surgical site infection prevention platform), Buckinghamshire New University (research MVP), the Executive DBA Council (conference management and member portal), and funded startups building AI-enabled recruitment and training platforms. Anatoly started building web infrastructure in 2013 — initially streaming platforms for radio stations, where thousands of concurrent users and zero downtime tolerance set the engineering standards that carry through to every project today. Since 2019, that experience has been applied across healthcare, education, professional services, and technology — wherever organisations need platforms built properly.
