How we work
Building, rescuing and running production software for UK businesses since 2019, most of it side by side with founders. That means knowing what a codebase looks like after three years of pressure, and where what the founders say and what the repository shows tend to part company.
I started in 2013 on streaming platforms for radio stations — thousands of concurrent listeners, no tolerance for downtime. Those standards still set the bar.
I lead every project. I bring in a designer, frontend and backend engineers and an infrastructure specialist as the work needs them — the same people, project to project. You talk to me throughout.

Clients include Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, where we digitised how surgical teams capture and visualise infection-prevention pathways. Buckinghamshire New University, where a privacy-first reflection platform went live within two months of kick-off. The Executive DBA Council, whose global conference management and member portal we built and maintain. And funded startups building AI-enabled recruitment and training platforms.
15+ custom platforms delivered. The work we’re best at, and the work clients rate highest, is always the same shape: real data, real users, workflows that matter, and an admin panel someone depends on every day.
