Built from radio, refined through business

Founded in 2019 by Anatoly Silko, Rocking Tech emerged from an unusual combination: years building streaming platforms for radio stations, business education at Cranfield University, and ongoing work with artists and clients who understand that digital presence drives commercial success.

Since 2013, Anatoly built streaming infrastructure for radio stations including Rock FM 95.2. Those broadcast environments — thousands of concurrent listeners, zero tolerance for downtime — established the technical standards that define every project today. Post-2019, Rocking Tech collaborations have included Prata Vetra (Eurovision finalists, Latvia) and Leona Graham (Absolute Radio London).

Through those radio years, meeting musicians like Fred Durst and Till Lindemann during station visits added another perspective — watching how the industry’s digital transformation affects artists at every level, from emerging talent to established names.
